Website Analysis and Optimization
How well a site is optimized for the search engines is one of the determining factors of a high ranking within the search results. True Blue will conduct a review and analysis of your website and determine areas for improvement that will help increase the rankings. Each search engine ranks sites differently so what may work well for one engine may not even affect the rankings on another engine. Once True Blue determines the areas for improvement, True Blue will create an action plan and implement recommendations to your website.

Directory Research and Submission
Why do you want to be in certain directories? Directories influence the results of many of the other major search engines. True Blue concentrates its efforts on the following two major directories: Yahoo! and Open Directory. A Yahoo! Directory listing helps your ranking at Google and Yahoo!. An Open Directory listing influences the results of Google, AOL, and Netscape.

If you do not have a directory listing in Yahoo or Open Directory, True Blue will add your listing to these directories. Currently, for commercial sites, an Express Submit fee of $299/year is necessary to be listed in Yahoo!. If you do have directory listings, True Blue will analyze the title, description and category placement of these listings to determine if any changes are necessary.

Monthly Management Plan
Search engines change their algorithms periodically. When a particular search engine changes its algorithm, the sites that used to have high rankings earlier may no longer do so. In order to ensure that your website investment continues to obtain top rankings in the search engines, True Blue provides a monthly management plan.

The monthly management plan includes but is not limited to the following:

• Consistent monitoring of your website's search engine rankings.
• Resubmission of your website to the search engines whenever necessary.
• Reoptimize your website for the search engines, in case it shows a downward trend in its position.
• Monthly reports displaying your website's position in the search engines for a defined set of keywords.

Search Engine Ranking and Analysis Reports
An important part of the monthly management plan is the monthly reporting. True Blue’s monthly reports will keep you updated on the progress of our efforts and the rankings within the search engines. Monthly reporting should be sufficient at the beginning of the campaign. We can change the reporting frequency later on in the program if it is beneficial to do so.
